Passion Fruit Mousse

Used in this recipe:


1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 can of heavy cream

1 cup of passion fruit pulp (about 6-8 passion fruits)

1 packet of unflavored gelatin (prepared according to package instructions)

Passion fruit seeds for garnish (optional)


Prepare the unflavored gelatin according to the package instructions and set it aside to cool.

In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit pulp. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Add the prepared gelatin to the mixture and blend again until fully incorporated.

Pour the mixture into individual serving glasses or a large serving dish.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the mousse sets.

When serving, you can garnish with passion fruit seeds on top for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
