Popsicles with Ubaya Passion Fruit Pulp

Cool down with these delightful and tangy Ubaya Passion Fruit Popsicles on a warm day! 🍧🍹🌞


- 1 cup of Ubaya passion fruit pulp

- 1/4 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)

- 1/2 cup of water or coconut water

- Popsicle molds

Note: Feel free to experiment with adding chopped fruits, such as strawberries or kiwi, to the popsicle molds before pouring in the passion fruit mixture for added flavor and texture.

Yield: The number of popsicles will depend on the size of your molds.


  1. In a blender, combine the Ubaya passion fruit pulp, sugar, and water (or coconut water).
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to account for expansion during freezing.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.


To Unmold and Serve:


  1. To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run warm water over the molds to loosen them.
  2. Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds.
  3. Serve the delicious Ubaya Passion Fruit Popsicles immediately and enjoy the refreshing treat!
