Popsicles with Ubaya Passion Fruit Pulp

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Ubaya passion fruit pulp
- 1/4 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup of water or coconut water
- Popsicle molds
Note: Feel free to experiment with adding chopped fruits, such as strawberries or kiwi, to the popsicle molds before pouring in the passion fruit mixture for added flavor and texture.
Yield: The number of popsicles will depend on the size of your molds.
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the Ubaya passion fruit pulp, sugar, and water (or coconut water).
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sugar.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to account for expansion during freezing.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are completely frozen.
To Unmold and Serve:
- To remove the popsicles from the molds, briefly run warm water over the molds to loosen them.
- Gently pull the popsicles out of the molds.
- Serve the delicious Ubaya Passion Fruit Popsicles immediately and enjoy the refreshing treat!
